Wanted to visit a Telkom store. Found the Fourways branch on the website but no contact details other than a fax number. Went to the store to find that the point-of-sale system was down and that they could not help me. Rep was rude and unhelpful, would not give me the store's direct telephone number.
Telkom site advises to contact 10210 for further info. Sat on hold for over 25 min before my call was answered.
Why are the contact details for individual stores not listed? Your service has been poor in the past and is now downright horrible.
