Cannot get through on phone - mailbox is full

I have been told to contact the Telkom Direct Shop in Lakeside Mall to find out about a promotion they have, I have tried daily to get hold of them for 2 weeks on the number listed on the 8ta website - 011 427 0013. You just get a voicemail messages saying "sorry the voicemail box for this number is full" and it cuts off!

How do they expect to do business. Telkom of all places should that their phones in working order!
