And we still go on with no service from telkom

Ive posted numerous complaints about the lack of service on telkoms behalf. I will be posting complaint after complaint till my complaint is sorted out. Ive been waiting for the paperwork from Jacques about the credit that telkom passed on my account..When i phoned telkom because i was afraid that they would suspend my line i spoke to a lady and she said to me that she would send me the paperwork and even confirmed my email address. When i said to her that she must send it asap because i dont want telkom to suspend my line she said no she made a note on the system. Eventually telkom suspended my line and im still waiting for my paperwork from Jacques or this lady. When i phoned to speak to Jacques he wasnt available and they said to me that they would send him a email to phone me asap with the amount i needed to pay. That also did not happen. What i did get was a SMS.Nice!!! Now ive been billed again for a complete month but my line was suspended for 2 or 3 weeks because of their lack of service. No one ever phones back. You only get a response saying "Kindly be advised that the matter has been escalated to the relevant department for further investigation. " when will this end?
