I bought R100.00 Telkom airtime via cell phone banking with FNB on the 21/03/2013 (Public Holiday). After confirming the transaction, I received an sms with the voucher number, as well as the serial number. When trying to load the voucher number I got a voice prompt advising me that the voucher number is INCORRECT.
I phoned FNB and was referred to Telkom as they have an agreement with Telkom to sell airtime but would not be able to assist me with the voucher numbers, which I understood. Already frustrated, I then contacted Telkom's Call Centre, after being transferred to every TOM, AND HARRY, who all by the way seriously need refreshers on proper customer service. To date, I still have no resolution plus I have no idea how I'm going to get my money back or a new voucher for airtime!
