SO RUDE

I am existing customer of vodacom. I get a telesales call from or on behalf of vodacom offering to sell me a tablet. I tell the agent I am not interest at all and she just puts the phone down in my face. no thank you for your time or good bye. just puts the phone down. Pathetic manners. How do you expect to make telesales if the agents don't have any telephonic etiquette.
