I just received a call from a telesales consultant from Vodacom who suggested that I migrate to another contract that he is offering me. The more I told him that I do not do business over the phone the more rude and aggressive he became. He verbally attacked me over the phone and I do not appreciate that at all.
It is nearly time for me to upgrade and have always received excellent service from the Vodashop in the Diamond Pavillion Mall Kimberley but am seriously considering switching to another network after this call
