Ok so I've called into Vodacom to find out why my BIS is currently off. Its been off for periods of time all week already and by Friday, I've had enough. The customer service agent tells me with much uncertainty that they are working on it and the network is out.
I know there's a problem, I wanna know how, when why? I asked him why no notification of this was sent out, he tells me there's no network and I won't be able to receive the sms? What kind of answer is that? I'm not an, if there's no network, how the am I able to make this call to you?
He then puts me through to his manager, Dumisani who also continues to give me service and who also has no phone etiquette
Vodacom needs to resolve there service issues. I've been with them forever but will change soon if their service doesn't improve! I've had enough
