PleaseTeach your Telesales people manners

I fully understand the value of Telesales, especially in the Cell Phone Industry, but for Peet's sake, excuse the pun, teach your sales people some manners. Just like them, I also have work to do in the day, Teach them to ask if it is convenient for me to take their call before they rattle off their pre-recorded sales speech. It is plain decent etiquette to ask any person you call if it is a convenient moment for a quick chat. If I tell these people that it is NOT convenient to talk right now, they show even less upbringing and slam the phone down in one's ear.
Please teach your training Managers some manners that they in turn can teach their students some manners.

I declare I am NOT a bona Fide member of MTN, and do not have any account with MTN, but this serves as a request that MTN either treat my personal privacy with respect, or alternatively, delete my Vodacom mobile number from your database. I am tired of receiving your calls.
Thank you.
