3G contract turned out not to be what was agreed to on the telephonic sales agreement. This was taken up with Vodacom on the 26th of August after an additional charge of R 897.68 was levied on the account. Vodacom commited to have this resolved within 7 days. when following up on the 9th of September, I was requested to re submit all my details and was told it would take 24 hrs to have this resolved.
Surprise! nothing has happened and I have had no response from Vodacom.
Not only have they not performed as per the agreed telephonic contract, but the customer service is non existent.
