I received a phone call this morning from a woman named Samantha from Viacom elite mobile. She started discussing prepaid things with me. When I objected she got snippy with me and instead of being a good sales person trying to win the customer she got rude and promptly hung up the phone. I get many telesales calls so you can get my reluctance to listen. It is part of her job and she should have the attitude and sales training to overcome any objections she may receive. My contract is up end of this month and I have half a mind not to renew with Vodacom if this is How their staff treats their customers. ESP those who spend close to R1000 monthly on their phone. Very disappointed and feeling very under valued.
