I had a contract with vodacom and i never used the sim card but i continued paying monthly until a couple of months back one of my relative used mty sim without my knowledge and therefore i ended up owing R1 455 to vodacom and it was debited on my account! i went to them to explain what happened . i did not want my money back all i asked was a Itemised Billing so i can see if i can figure out who used my sim card... no one wanted to give or show it to me because it is not in my contract even after i explained my situation. and the other thing is every month when i receive my statement it never showed the amount im overdue with
