Good Day,
During April /May 2009, I took up a contract with cell C.The account was fully paid in 2011 three months before the expiry date of the contract. I faxed through to the a proof of payment and a settlement letter was sent to me.
To my surprise yesterday Cell C legal department called me regarding the overdue account? Which account is that? Its really disgusting. And whoever called me, he did not want to hear my side of the story, just requesting payment.
Can you guys at cell C update your details and stop all these...
