Lackberry service not deactivated after upgrade

I upgraded my 082578xxxx number last year from a blackberry to a Samsung. I was told that the monthly BES service would be deactivated. after 6 months I picked up that the service was not deactivated and that I was still paying R95/month for the service. in December my other line was upgraded 071567xxxx once again I requested the BIS service to be deactivated. only to find on my monthly bill that this service has not been deactivated! when I queried why the 082578xxxx was not deactivated when upgraded, all I received was an apology. no refund. that was almost R600 that Vodacom took from me for a service I was not using. on the day that I upgraded 071567xxxx I also requested migration of 082578xxxx and was told that I had to pay in R900.00 for migration. I requested an explanation as I was migrating on the same level and it wasn't a down migration. I was told that someone would phone me back. on the Tuesday I received a call from a lady to rate the service. I told her that I was unhappy about the migration. she would then also phone me back. I am still waiting. the service received from Vodacom is shocking! and they are just people's money by not deactivating services!
