You will never guess what the problem is once again!!!
My line has been suspended due to non-payment!
I have paid and did send the proof thru to the billing dept!
Yesterday morning I phoned in to the call centre and spoke to a Martin and he said that they will rectify the problem and it was due to a system error! (wow you have many of these)
I then called the call centre again this afternoon and spoke to a different lady and she wanted 101 questions about my address and banking details!
These questions have nothing related to my suspended line after payment!!!
I sent an email yesterday afternoon to Jerry Mathebe, Connie Banda and the billing dept and still no reply.
I phoned in again this morning and spoke to Busisiwe and she mentioned that there is no case number nor anything mentioned on the system about my problem?
Please I beg you I do not have the time, energy nor the patience to put up with this.
PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP!
