Sim Swap to network swap

I lost my phone a while ago and decided to get an old one fixed, as well as a sim swap to ensure I was available on a number that I have been using since I was in high school. Upon calling the call centre, I was attended to by a lady who not only seemed impatient but also seemed to be agitated with having to assist me. I decided to not comment on her tone as I thought this was a quick interaction, however this individual continued to patronise and even shout at me over the phone. I feel that this is not the way that I should have to be verbally abused as a customers, regardless of what service one may be offering or representing. It is unfortunate that Vodacom has chosen to employ people who showcase such a strong disregard for professionalism. I have been with this service provider for a while now, however I believe it is time to seek another service provider, if it seems I will be belittled on the odd occasion that I require assistance with an issue.
