I acquired a new contract with vodacom for a samsung tablet, they delivered but they did not deliver the correct sim card. When I call them they tell me that i have to do a sim swap because the micro sim they gave me does not work on a the tablet. I am extremely agitated because this was not stipulated by the sales guy during the sale. Now i am being pushed from pillar to post by the call centre agents and no one wants to cancel my contract. I don't even know the number they have allocated to me for the sim swap. I have to at my own expense get a new sim card for a new contract I was not told about for a number i don't know.
They have already deducted the from my account the sim activation fee but i must still do a sim swap
