Sim swap debacle

I am not allowed to do sim swap due to my answering the impossible questions. I have called and tried to sim swap for the 5time and i am not allowed. I have 5 phones, how on earth will I remember everything from When did I recharge, what was the registration of the phone at the time the cellphone was on. Phone get lost, all the time. do people go back to network provider and update from old phone t new phone details. Come on. Cut me a break. if I had one phone and was never bombarded by these network providers, i would remember everything about the phone. why cant they asked real question, id number, rica addres and so forth. funny thing is I have sim swapped before and now I am getthing this treatment. I have been using that old number for over 10 years and all they are concerned about are those impossible to remember questions
