FAULTY IPHONE 5 - FACTORY FAULT - MY PROBLEM

ON THE 19TH OF AUGUST 2013 I TOOK OUT A CONTRACT FOR MY FIANCE. I GOT HER AN IPHONE 5 ON A CELL C CONTRACT. 1 MONTH LATER AND THE PHONE DOES NOT WORK. SHE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE CAMERA FROM THE START AND ON THE 18TH OF SEPTEMBER 2013 THE PHONE DIED AND IT JUST SHOWS "SEARCHING...". MY FIANCE CANNOT EVEN DIVERT HER CALLS AT THIS STAGE AND NONE OF HER CLIENTS CAN REACH HER.I WENT TO AUTOPAGE MENLYN WHO INFORMED ME THAT IT IS A FACTORY FAULT AND THAT THE PHONE WILL BE REPLACED. THIS WILL ONLY BE AFTER A WEEK OR MORE. MY FIANCE CONTACTED HEAD OFFICE WHO INFORMED HER "THAT THE PHONE BROKE IN HER USE AND THAT IT'S HER PROBLEM". SHE CANNOT BE WITHOUT A PHONE FOR A DAY, AS SHE NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO BE CONTACTED BY CLIENTS. NOW SHE HAS TO PAY FOR A SIM SWAP TO USE AN OLD PHONE AND AGAIN PAY FOR A SIM SWAP WHEN THE NEW IPHONE COMES. THEN SHE WAS INFORMED THAT IT MIGHT TAKE UP TO A MONTH TO REPAIR THE PHONE. HOW CAN YOU EVEN SUGGEST REPAIRING A BRAND NEW PHONE. I WAS INFORMED THAT HEAD OFFICE WOULD BE ABLE TO REPLACE THE PHONE IMMEDIATELY, MY FIANCE WAS INFORMED THAT THIS WAS A BLATANT LIE. I HAVE TO DRIVE TO SECUNDA TO FETCH THE BOX FROM HER AND DRIVE BACK TO JHB. SHE NEEDS THE PHONE NOW!
