The following: I get charged R150 deliveries fee for a faulty phone
I go to Autopage, back to my office, phone FNB and back to again to Samsung - a total of 35km since I work out of Rustenburg, On the 9th of June we drive to Samsung Brooklyn - yet another 250km and plus toll fees, On the 12th June I drive to Garsfontein Samsung - yet another 250km plus toll fees and i have to take leave from work. This all to get a report that the phone has a factory fault on it and needs to be replaced. Then we start to add up all my telephonic cost and we realise that this whole exercise is getting ridiculous. I have even lost all my contacts details. Now I have to wait for my clients to contact me before I get there numbers and I am losing business. All this effort and money spend for a simple request to get a phone that works for me and my business. To make matters worse I have phoned Friday confirming that they receivedthat faulty phone and a replacement will be sent by today. now - today i was informed they have to check if they received the phone and the phone has to go for an assessment. Who works like that
