I signed a new contract with Cell C on the 19th July 2013 and received the new iPhone 5. At Somerset Mall Cell C it was explained to me that should I experience any problems with the phone I can swap it within a week.
That week I started experiencing an issue with the wifi and bluetooth connectivity. After researching the problem, I learnt that it was common in the new iPhone but unfortunately could not be repaired. I went to Cell C V&A store and was helped by a man (I didn't get his name). He started to help me & then halfway through filling out the form for the swap out told me that it was actually too late to return the phone, scribbled all over the page, scrunched it up & threw it away and then refused to help me further. I was then told that I would have to have the phone repaired and that it would take a couple of weeks unless I took it in the the Tygervalley Cell C repair store.
On Monday, 19 July 2013 I took the phone to the Tygervelley repair shop where I was assisted by a very helpful man, Duncan. He informed me that the phone should have been swopped by V&A but was now too late & had to be taken in to be repaired.
I've had to drive all over ct & still dont have a phone!
