Unfair treatment

A) The service provider send a sms on 19/8/13 for the first time for payment due! After arrangements was made on the telephone number provided (0861232424) on the sms for 20 August 2013! b) Early morning on 20 August 2013 my fiance received a phone call from the mentioned service provider and confirm payment on 20 August 2013 and informed the consultant that payment will be done via the easy payment option at the Pick'nPay and the consultant assured her over the phone that the she will make a note on the system for payment 20 August 2013! c) Payment was made at 13:19 on 20 August 2013 at the Pick'nPay as promised! She even paid more than she was suppose to pay! The account was R259.62 and she paid R350.00! d) At 2:45 she again received the following sms :0861232424 - Dear Altech Autopage Customer. You failed to submit payment of R259.62 to Autopage and your service will unfortunately be suspended! Please note an additional R49 reconnection fee will be charged! Total due R308.62! Our big issue is that this phone is my fiance's office and if she can't communicate with her clients then there is NO income for her! We believe that they cut the phone just to add that extra R49
