A call was logged two weeks ago regarding a fault on my DSL line. A technician was finally sent to my place today. Instead of fixing a problem, she has now disrupted the entire Telkom connection
From having a slow line, I now have the following:
NO TELKOM VOICE LINE
NO TELKOM DSL LINE
I have contacted the call center (10210) around 10x, you get transferred to everybody before they tell you they looking into
A simple problem, has resulted in 6 hours of no connectivity
Still waiting for feedback . . . still waiting for a technician to be dispatched . . .
