My blackberry scroll was faulty that I took out on contract so I took it back to the store. The consultant did not advise me that if they cannot fix the phone I will be given a refurbished unit. After receiving the phone I took it back on the 3rd day the consultant said don't worry we will sort it out. He then signed my signature onto the forms and booked in the phone on a different day. 2 weeks later I phoned them they say the phone is on its way. When I received the phone they say the Phone is liquid damaged. I am using the phone till now seems to be fine. They sent me a report back with my phone board and someone else's details signed of by the tech.
