I am very disapointed and cant believe that a Customer can be treated like this.
I was told when I signed my contract that If the phone gives any problems within 7 days i can bring it back and they will replace it. I went to Mtn shop at Savannah @ 5 o'clock with my box and phone to be replaced. The phone has been resetting himself since Sunday 15/09. The only time I had was yesterday.
Ntombi assisted me and said she will not replace the phone thereis scratces on the screen therefor it is physicly damaged. You need a magnifing glass to see the scrach that she is refering to. I am sick and tired of poor service delivery from this branch. Ntombi said that she phoned her manager and he said that he will only be availbe to assist today. I asked Ntombi I want to speak to the manager and if he/she is not availble i want to speak to his manger. She said there is nothing she can do at all to assist and I will be called whenever a mannager is availble. Inbetween other client were asisted and I was asked to leave the store. I can understand some words in sepedi and the two consultants spoke to each other making jokes of who is going to stay the longest after which Ntombi repleid owa Semiya
