POOR SERVICE BY NTOMBI

Called Edgars yesterday, to confirm if my account was paid, i didnt receice an sms to confirm this from my bank, i spoke to some consultants yesterday, who all said my account has been paid. I can go into edgars and activate my account. I received a debit order go through this morning, after they confirmed that it was paid already. I didnt leave any funds in my cheque account and it came back unpaid. I called the call centre, spoke to Ntombi Zake, who coudnt give me accurate information, I asked to speak to her manager. She said they were all in ameeting. She then asked me to hold the line, I waited for almost close to 30 min on the line, and she still didnt get back to me. I dropped the call and called in again. Spoke to another consultant who gave me Ntombi's details and said that there was managers available to speak to me. Not only did she to me, but she kept an irate client holding for almost 30 min. What type of service is this?
