I would like to commend the excellent service of ntombi m at woodbridge branch fnb. I opened an account with her in April 13 and I wouldn't have asked for a better consultant. Today (31/08/13) I visited the branch after 4months of opening my account to dispute a debit order transaction and decided to wait for Ntombi who was busy with a client for about 40minutes or more. As I waited i allowed the other clients in the line to go to the available consultants. When I got to Ntombi, she is always helpful, always smiling and always so patient no matter how busy they are. Thank you Ntombi for your service excellence. FNB should be honored to have you, and should make you a role model to the rest of their employees ..
