Two weeks ago i applied for a new line and mmy fone was delivered on the 09/09/2013, however they didnt deliver the correct phone, i then spoke to baratoa the sales consultant who was assisting me, she said i must take the phone back to mtn in morningside sandton, which i did, this was lst week thursday, now i have not received anything phone call or anything to confirm if they will deliver the correct phone or are they going to cancel the contract, now i am phoning mtn to find out what is the latest regardign the contract and no one is assisting or is willing to assist, i gave the phone to mbali Mhlanga from MTN morning side who promised to send an sms but even today no sms from her, please tell me how must work with such incompetent people
