I phoned the 112 number to request an ambulance for a friend who is very sick, i first spoke to Ntombi, who got really impatient with me when asking for my details, i then asked her why was she getting impatient, she never replied me instead hang up on me, I phoned shortly afterwards and asked to speak to her superiors that when I was referred to Thabile whom took Ntombi's side, she informed me that she will listen to the call recording and get to me, I then asked when will she call me and was appauled by her answer to say that she doesn't know, she got personal and asked where I'm working and that I will not tell her how to do her job, that's after I asked for their service level agreement. She further BRAGGED that she works for a government, so I guess that implied that I have to understand their poor service, their behaviour is really disgusting!!!
