I just want to say thank you to Ntombi for the outstanding service she gave me this afternoon. I am struggling to view brochure 8 on the internet and needed some to forward it to me the agent (Kevin) that i spoke to before Ntombie said there is no such as he could view it on his side. But Ntombi was understanding and sympathised with my problem as a customer and she successfully and patiently sent me the brochures (from 1 of 1 to 1 of 4 plus let talk). She did not assume that i was lying as the brochure was displaying on her side
