How do I cancel my contract if 808 is always busy?

My contract is coming to an end and i'd like to cancel it once the 2 year contract expires. I went to an MTN store and was advised to contact 083-1-808. This number is forever engaged! How else can i cancel?

Please respond ASAP as I must get this done and its quickly approaching the 23rd month.
