Absolutely no words to describe

I was really excited about my upgrade, 2 months ago and patiently waited for upgrade date, which was 15 April 2013.I called to do upgrade and spoke to Deon there. Reminder that Autopage do not have a charge free customer care like the Cell providers. After long discussions I finally decided what I wanted and went ahead. A week later I called him to query delivery and he advised that Autopage have no logistics to deliver phones & I will have to wait 2 weeks! I was upset cancelled my contract and called the La Lucia branch. I left 2 messages for Themba to call me back. After failing at La Lucia I drove to Gateway. They were offline, the owner promised to call back but could not give me the same deal as. I then called Springfield who also promised to call me back. Eventually out of desperation wrote to service@autopage. Received a call from Eric who promised the world but did not deliver. Got a sales consultant who also promised the world including delivery of my phones 3 days ago. I called over 10 times today on 5 different numbers, left messages with 3 different people. UP TILL NOW - EVERYONE FROM AUTOPAGE WHO PROMISED TO CALL BACK HAVE NOT! OVER 10 PEOPLE!! I wish I could tell more here!
