12years loyalty not valued by Altech Autopage

I called Altech Autopage on the 13th December 2013 regarding my upgrade. I was transferred to retentions and spoke to Kanye Ndlovu. I told her that I wanted to upgrade to the Smart M package and receive the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Gear. I also told her that that their competitor has the package for R449 per month. She advised that they will match the the deal and i need to e-mail her the advert, which I did the same day. Today, the 17th December 2013, I had to call Altech Autopage only to be told that they cannot match the package. After being loyal and with them for 12years, they are going to loose an existing client because they could not match their competitors. I wonder how many other LOYAL customers Altech Autopage has lost because they cannot match their competitors. We are not asking them to beat the package, just match it... that's what the retentions dept should be there for.
