FAILURE TO RESPOND TO URGENT S4 INSURANCE REQUEST!

After approximately 10 years of dealing with Autopage Cellular, I received TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the branch in Scottsville, Pietermaritzburg. I recently did an upgrade on my contract and took the Samsung Galaxy S4. Upon sending an email titled 'URGENT INSURANCE FOR S4' to the consultant who was assisting me with the upgrade, I did not receive ANY RESPONSE. unfortunately I was a victim of crime and the phone was a few days after my query for the insurance. What frustrates me was that the consultant was ever ready to help and respond to emails to conclude the upgrade package with them, but something as vital as assisting with insurance of such an expensive phone was not deemed as important as 'sealing the contract upgrade deal'. furthermore once all forms needed were signed and sent back to consultant, a free car charger that was meant to be a part of the upgrade as stated on the contract upgrade forms, apparently was not sent to the branch, hence I did not qualify for 1! Really what kind of mickey mouse operation is this!! FRUSTRATION is not even the word!!! I strongly discourage ANYONE to deal with Autopage Cellular, I am totally disappointed with their service!!
