Disconnected on the 18th of the month for 4 months

Virgin have once again got my blood pressure up. They have disconnected my services today again.
This company is a joke and are just full of promises and delivery is zero.

For the last 4 months I have been disconnected and have to call to have my services reconnected.
The embarrassing part is when people call my number they are told this service is suspeneded.

SURELY THIS CANT CONTINUE!!!
