MONEY COMES FRIST FOR MTN

A account was opened under my ID#.When i found out i contacted MTN immediately to stop the account from being processed but unfortunately the call centre agents transferred me from 1 department to the other, I then went to the Pavilion store and found out a contract had already been taken, they advised me to do an affidavit, i submitted the affidavit together with my id copy to the store and they faxed it to their department.i was advised the account was cancelled but was shocked when i received an sms from bank saying a debit order has gone through from MTN for the same account. I then went to the store and they advised me the dptmnt is still investigating and that they are going to change payment method to cash. I recently called the MTN callcentre just to ensure no funds will be deducted on my account and was advised debit order is still loaded and will be deducting on the 31st of jan. This is a very disappointing service from MTN as they have been my service provider for years and i even have an existing contract with the. I will never recommend MTN to any of my friend due to the service I've received with regard to this.
