Each of contract, bad attitude

I requested that my account be activated for int roaming a few weeks ago, and was assured "not to worry it is done". On arrival in Germany i discovered to my horror my account is not activated. After buying another sim and phone, i contacted cell c and was assured it will be sorted immediatly. It is now three days later, four calls to cell c, four promises later, and still no activation (Caroline, John, Makeate, an other). promises to call back is not understood because gues what ...' I HAVE NO INT ROAMING "??? I have lost thousand of dollars worth of business due to inability to phone internationally, as well as damaging my reputation. I will be seeking to contact the CEO of cell c as well as seeking legal advice . if cell c bothers to respond to this, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PHONE, as, yes you guessed it, i have no intl roaming. Check my records on your recordings and solve my problem from there...!!!
