Bad service/lack of it

I have been waiting since November 2012 for Cell C to prove that my billing is what was explained and accepted on the sales call for (0842591584).
All I get is reference numbers and no action, at this stage I am ready to take the matter to the relevant Ombud since the internal complaint proccess has failed me.
