I ordered a Microwaive and SlowCooker through HomeChoice - The items were never received and i had to do an affidavit that it was not received.
This affidavid was sent to HomeChoice twice in July 2013 - received a note that they are investigating,
When i phoned - the lady was not very helpful and advised there is nothing on her system noting that they have recieved the affidavit.
I re-faxed the affidavit again and a lady by the name of S. Pillay phoned me and asked that i e-mail the affidavit to her which i did on the 26/08/2013
Last week i received a letter to advise that i am in arrears on my account and to settle the arrears immidiately.
I phoned HomeChoice and advised them of the affidavit and to fix my account immidiately - the lady advised she will discuss with their accounts department.
Today 30/09/2013, i received a call from them advising i must immidiately settle the arrears.
I told the lady what happened and asked her "do they even communicate with each other at HomeChoice as i have been trying to sort this out now for months" She was not very helpfull and advised there was no note on her system and said goodbye
I am very disgusted in the way i have been treated
