A account was opened under my ID#.When i found out i contacted the store immediately to stop the account from being processed and they advised they were about to deliver the goods so they cancelled. They advised me to do an affidavit, i submitted the affidavit together with my id copy to the store.i was advised the account was cancelled but was shocked when i received an sms from bank saying a debit order has gone through from Price n Pride for the same account. I then went to the store they advised me that they are going to change payment method to cash. I really dont understand how money can be deducted for goods that were never delivered and for an account that has been reported to be. I need assurance from the store that my name is cleared and no money will ever be deducted again on my bank account and i need this in writting.
