I upgraded to a BB Q10 on the 15th of August fully knowing that it does not work with BIS however my contract included UNLIMITED BBM FOR 24 MONTHS. On Saturday my air time ran out and I noticed that my bbm was not working. Upon loading airtime again it started working. On Sunday I phoned the call centre and explained to them that the contract included UNLIMITED BBM FOR 24 MONTHS. Solomon, the agent, stated to me that it was written in brackets on the electronic "upgrade" form - if you can call it that. From Sunday up until today Wednesday 18 September @ 14h54 no one from Vodacom has contacted me in this regard. I have spent R127 on airtime because of my BBM being switched off when airtime depletes. I phoned Vodacom this morning and still no feedback. My reference number is S3-T1J3W-W9FEH
