BIS PROBLEM!

I've had my previous contract for 2 years, my 1st bb did not give me any problems, now i have upgraded to a 9320, i kept the same contract, just a new phone. Usually i could go on fb/google/any browser without having any airtime on my phone, because my BIS is included in my contract. now with my new contract, i still get my R 135 airtime per month, but when i fb /google etc, the internet gets deducted from my airtime, and that was all these years included in my BIS! i phoned the call centre 3 times yesterday, and all 3 had different explenations and not one helped! I bought R 30 airtime yesterday, without one call my airtime was down to R 0.00. This is not right, i dont want this blackberry with its problems anymore and i only have this neww bb for a month, i cant go on for another 2years like this, i usually paid R 159 a month, now i pay R 189 for this problems. I am disgusted in vodacom and the call centre. I used to be a vadocom fan, but after this, not anymore. No one is willing to help me, and i am not spending R 30 a day just to google, i am paing almost R 200 for my phone which supposedly includes BIS!
