I have been trying to rica my Mtn sim card and with 5 attempts nothing happened. Mtn system and the one time i need a sim swap this happens after been a loyal mtn user for ten years im really irritated by this system how am i supposed to remember numbers on my contact list, what is a phonebook for. im really going to spread the word and tell friends to change their network as mtn is really a pain to deal with... what must happen now that i dont remember when i loaded airtime. With other networks this process is simple.
