I recently been robbed and they took all my phones and money. I then yesterday bought a new phone and phoned 173 which was difficult though to reach bt finally got them and they said they cant help me since I forgot the day and airtime I last load. thing is the phone Samsung E250 that I was using was faulty, buttons could not work and screen was white so I could dial out bt was able to receive and it has been up to 2months with the phone like that, therfore its so not possible to remember date I last used and airtime and they cnt consider received calls. I have been a loyal client for MTN for like -8years now and this shows me they dnt care abt their clients because by now they should know ar have the records abt this number or be able to check in their system the last conversations and the name of person who was calling under this number. Its this thing of not complimenting or thanking their clients, other networks does that, e.g giving gifts like phone or airtime once in 1 or 2 jst to say thank you for being loyal to us, by dat they will b motivate client and also be able to see old numbers that still in function. I AM REALI NOT HAPPY AND I NEED MY NUMBER BACK, cnt change it now NOO.
