Waste of time

I did a sim swap as my cellphone was, they did the sim swap but decided to bar me from making any calls! I called now twice to get unbarred which proved fruitless!! The 1st call was a lady who because I couldn't remember the exact cents beside the R1 airtime that I last had on the card although I answered all her questions correctly! Then the 2nd call the guy wanted me to remember 5 numbers I last called or smsed!! I gave him a competition number that I smsed now last and no it wasn't good enough to him because it wasn't 10 digits!!! Pathetic!!! Vodacom is really starting to!!! So sorry I went through the trouble to try and get my old number back!!! Tanya 021 510 1675
