Not keeping to contract now passing the buck

I have been a MTN client for years, but this will definitely be the last time. I took out a new contract in July 2013. My daughter went with, we looked @ the ANYTIME 200, cause then I can phone and sms to all networks (like Retisia the sales assistant CONFIRMED). The contract includes R200 airtime and 200 sms to ALL networks. I only have 3 contacts/family members with MTN numbers. I would never have chosen a contract if the ad or the contract stated ONLY to MTN numbers. We still have the original advertisement brochure. 200 sms'se (nothing about MTN to MTN only). If I knew this, I could have done a simm-swap, or took a different contract. My daughter is also a MTN client and said that she could always contact ALL cell-numbers with her contract, never had a restriction to only MTN clients. I do not have MTN friends except for the 3. I am losing between 100 end 150 (of my 200 sms monthly due to this change in their contract)! The other benefit that you are suppose to have is 30 min free talk-time to a MTN members, but the 30 minutes never go down as free. I always pay for all talk-time. We reported this SEVERAL times. EVERY time someone CANCEL or OVERRULE our complaint on your system
