I had an accident on the 30.09.2013, i dent put in a claim the same day (did everything that was required from me the very same day) i then called the insurance again on the 02, 10, 2013 for updates and to make sure they received everything that was required from me, and what they told me is that everything is in order the only thing left is for Bernice to call the police station (to verify my case number) and my previous insurance to verify my previous claims. IT TOOK THEM UNTIL THE 11, 10, 2013 TO DO THOSE 2 SIMPLE CALLS. I was calling every second day to check on them and i was always getting the same update, "still waiting for Bernice to call the police station and your previous insurance". on the 11, 10, 2013 Bernice told me everything has been completed she is waiting for her supervisor to approve the claim and ill get the call from the panel beaters even today i am still waiting for that call. thus this mean ill wait another 2 weeks for the call from the panel beaters??? (And mind you this panel beaters are chosen by myway not me and i dnt even have their contacts.) This is obviously not "my way" is "Their way" and i wonder why should i stay with them after all this service.
