I lost my phone (Blackberry) on the 14/07/2013 and reported it to the Milnerton SAP. i went the following day to Auto Page Canal Wak where i have my account and reported that the phone had been lost and completed the claim form and included the SAP Case number. Approx three week passed and i went in to Auto Page to enquire when i was going to receive my insurance claim. I was advised that they never had my claim and that it must have been misplaced and that i needed to complete a new claim. Up till today the 3rd September and after many phone calls and visits to the store i am continiously told that they are still waiting for the phone and that thereis nothing that they can do about it, but wait. I find this type of service pathetic!
