My phone was on the 19 March 2013 to which I then went to my nearest police station and tried to report the case to no avail as they required an ITC number from Mtn before dealing with my case. I then had to wait until the 25 March 2013 for mtn to send me the ITC number to which I then went to the police station. I then forwarded all the required documentation that Ms Chanel Du Plessis required eg. claim form, affidavit, motivational letter stating why I exceed the stipulated 48 hr period ect. ( Ms Chanel was very efficient in dealing with my claim but now I have had no response). It is now the 5th of April and I have had absolutely no feed back from the insurance underwriter who was supposed to contact me. I just spent half an hour on your call centre waiting to speak to a rep to no avail. I am now extremely frustrated as I have now been without my phone for more than a week now and have just finished all my airtime trying to get feedback. I have been paying my monthly fee diligently and did not expect this level of service. I would appreciate a speedy response. K Gunkel
