I am sick and tired of cell c, firstly they about my phone being water damaged, now the phone that was at repairs is lost at their southgate branch, i know that it is going to take forever for them to investigate this matter. This is what i demand now from cell c after what they have put me through.
1. They should cancel my contract with immediate effect, or I am going public with their incompetence service.
2. Deduct BIS from March 2013 to date from what i owe them.
3. Also deduct the handset that i have not been using from March to date
I will then pay what is due to them.
