VIRGIN MOBILE CONTRACT CANCELLATION FRUSTRATION

Realising our Contract was coming to an end phoned VMSA was told that my request had to be in writing had to address an email with a covering letter to [Email Removed] which I did on the 15th July 2013 advising that we did not want to renew /continue with the contract which expires 27 July 2013.

This request seems to have been ignored as the standard monthly debit order was processed again on the 30 Aug 2013 (Thought that maybe had missed the cut off when it was deducted end July)

Tried phoning to speak to a Consultant kept on the line 1st time for 30 minutes no joy passed from once person to another then cut off. Phoned back same story after 20 minutes I eventually gave up.
